Hope and Jason Byrne started HomeTrust™ in their basement in 2001. Experience in other industries taught them plenty about business, but right away they discovered that real estate is different.
Jason puts it this way: “Most people in real estate emphasize money, with little regard for actually making clients’ lives better.” Buying a home for the first time can be a scary proposition. Jason and Hope saw a way to reduce a homebuyer’s fear and confusion by setting out and following a simple plan and a striking promise. Life Progress: We help people change their lives and live their dreams.

“We’re committed to helping our clients throughout their lifetimes,” Jason explains. “Sure, that sounds like a pretty big idea…because it is!” Most real estate people do one thing only. Either they list properties for sale, or negotiate mortgages, or renovate properties, or match buyers to homes. HomeTrust does all of those things. Because HomeTrust processes enable the company to buy, renovate, and sell homes, there is no middleman. Clients work directly with HomeTrust and the property owners, and they save money that way.
